I agree that I am liable for the full course fee even if I choose not to attend all of the classes. I agree for the Face Agency to charge my credit card for the deposit of my selected course. I understand that deposits are non refundable. Payment in full must be made prior to the second to last week of any makeup course and before commencement of any workshop. This is a legal document, by submitting this form and paying your deposit you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are under the age of 18 we will require a signature by a guardian.
